Nordic American Tanker Shipping Limited (NYSE:NAT) (the “Company”) today announced that it expects to issue its second quarter earnings and dividend release on July 27, 2006, before the opening of trading. The record date for the second quarter dividend is expected to be August 16, 2006, and the payment date is expected to be August 31, 2006.
